The rotary machine is available for the product as follows by changing the forming mold and transferring mold: Egg tray(30-packed, 20-packed, etc); Egg box(6-packed,10-packed,12-packed,6+6-packed,18 packed,24 packed, etc); Fruit tray( for apple, tomato, pear, etc); Cup carrier(2-packed;4-packed, etc)
The automatic model includes the following system: 1) pulp molding system; 2) forming system; 3) 4 pieces aluminum mold–2 pieces forming and 2 pieces transferring; 4) Packing system( automatic product counting and stacking system & manual packing System)

Pulp molding system: You will use waste paper and water mix which are made into paper pulp.
The Forming system: The Forming mold forms the product shape with the paper pulp from the Pulp molding system. The transferring mold takes the ready-wet egg tray to the drying line automatically.
Drying: The Chain board takes the wet egg tray moving ahead and dried automatically by the hot air which is produced by burning the fuel(diesel or natural gas)
Packing system: The counting machine counts the dried egg tray, for example, one bundle with 100 pieces of egg tray. Finally manually takes this bundle to the press Machine, which presses the egg tray together to save internal space.
